## Can I try the plugins before I buy?

Yes. Every plugin runs as a full 14-day trial from the first time you open it, with nothing locked. When the trial ends without a key, the plugin keeps working in demo mode: the output dips to silence for 4 seconds once a minute until you enter a licence key. Your sessions always reload with all their settings.

## Why do I need an account to download?

The free account gives you the installers for all four plugins, keeps the licence keys you buy in one place, and lets us tell you about updates. Sign up with your e-mail and a password, or with Google. It costs nothing and you can delete it any time from your account page. The plugins themselves never need the account: activation is offline.

## How do I enter my licence key?

Click the trial pill in the plugin's header (or Menu > Enter licence key...). Paste the key that starts with SA1. and click Activate, use the Paste button, click Load licence file... and choose the .salicense file from your purchase e-mail, or simply drag the .salicense file onto the plugin window.

## Do I need an internet connection to activate?

No. Your key is checked offline, on your own computer. There is no activation server and no challenge-response, and nothing about you is sent anywhere, so the plugins work on a studio machine that is never online. (A free account on this website is only needed to download the installers.)

## On how many computers can I use my licence?

On all the computers you personally use, for example your studio Mac and your laptop. The licence belongs to you as a person, so please don't share your key with others.

## I bought The Temple. Do I need four keys?

No. One Temple key unlocks all four plugins: Binaura, cymaheal, Divine Spatializer and King's Chamber. Enter it once in any of them and the others are unlocked too.

## I already own one plugin. Can I upgrade to The Temple?

Yes, with Complete the Temple. At checkout, enter your existing licence key and you pay the bundle price for the plugins you don't own yet, with the bundle discount applied. You get a key that covers the whole Temple.

## I lost my licence key. What now?

Go to the Licence page on our website and enter the e-mail address you bought with. We'll send your key to that address again. Keep the .salicense file somewhere safe, for example with your other software licences.

## Which formats and systems are supported?

VST3, Audio Unit (AU) and a Standalone app, on macOS 11 or later. The plugins run natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. The installer lets you choose which formats to install.

## Is there a Windows version?

Windows versions are coming soon. For now, all four plugins are for macOS.

## Do the plugins work in Ableton Live?

Yes, they're made with Ableton Live in mind. After installing, open Settings > Plug-Ins, make sure VST3 system folders (or Audio Units) are on, and press Rescan. You'll find them under Sacred Audio. They also work in Logic Pro, Bitwig, Cubase, Reaper, FL Studio and other DAWs that load VST3 or AU.

## Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase if the plugin doesn't work for you. Please contact us and we'll sort it out. Because the plugins are digital content delivered straight away, you give up the EU right of withdrawal once your licence key is delivered, but our own 14-day refund offer still applies. The details are in our Terms of Sale.

## Are prices shown with VAT?

Yes. All prices include VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay.

## How can I pay?

Payments are handled by Stripe. You can pay by card, and with the other payment methods Stripe offers in your country at checkout.

## Are binaural beats and entrainment safe?

Most people find them relaxing, but please read the health & safety notice in Binaura and cymaheal before you listen. In short: don't use them while driving or operating machinery; ask a doctor first if you have epilepsy or seizures, a heart condition, a pacemaker or other implant, a psychiatric condition, or if you are pregnant; stop if you feel unwell; keep the volume moderate; and supervise children. The plugins are creative and relaxation tools used in sound healing practice. They are not medical devices and don't diagnose, treat or cure anything.

## Do I need headphones?

For binaural beats, yes: the beat forms between your two ears. Binaura's isochronic pulse and cymaheal's Pulse mode work on speakers. Divine Spatializer and King's Chamber's binaural output are also made for headphones.

Use the Contact page on our website. From inside any plugin, open About and click Support: it starts an e-mail with your plugin version and macOS already filled in, which helps us help you faster.
