# Terms of Sale

## Who sells
Sacred Audio products are sold by Radikaal Group Oy (Business ID 2392134-7), Kreetantie 7 A 2, 33950 Pirkkala, Finland. Contact: [support@sacredaudioplugins.com](mailto:support@sacredaudioplugins.com).

## What you buy
A licence to use Sacred Audio software, delivered as a licence key. The software is downloaded from this website. Your use of it is governed by the [Licence Agreement](/legal/eula).

## Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT where VAT applies. The VAT for your country is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You receive a receipt from Stripe and an invoice by e-mail.

## Delivery
Your licence key is shown on screen right after payment and sent to the e-mail address you give at checkout. The installers can be downloaded from the [download page](/download) at any time.

## Right of withdrawal and refunds
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right ends when delivery starts, if you have agreed to this. At checkout you ask us to deliver your licence key straight away and confirm that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once it is delivered.

We still offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software doesn't work for you. Write to [support@sacredaudioplugins.com](mailto:support@sacredaudioplugins.com) with your order e-mail or serial number. When we refund an order, its licence key is deactivated.

Please use the free 14-day trial to check that the software works on your computer before you buy.

## Complete the Temple
If you own one or more plug-ins of the Temple bundle, you can buy the rest at a reduced price by entering your existing key at checkout. Your new key covers all four plug-ins. Your old key keeps working.

## Defects
If the software doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. This doesn't limit your rights under consumer protection law.

## Disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. You can also bring a complaint to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

## Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown when you buy applies to that purchase.
